Status Announcements

The server responsible for e-mail delivery will be experiencing a brief maintenance window at 9PM.

SUNYNet status to SUNY Central and ITEC are now graphically available in the Select System Status sidebar widget at http://blogs.potsdam.edu/network/

An electrical power anomaly caused the partial outage of critical network equipment. Some communications continued to fine, others were being dropped. All clear.

New features: addressbook import/export.

BearMail will be unavailable momentarily for migration to new hardware. Outage to last a few minutes.

From Physical Plant: Bowman Hall will experience a power outage on Monday, October 8, 2007 for the purpose of tieing in the new townhouses. The schedule for work is between 10 am and 2 pm. We will hook up the large generator to the complex so that the only interruptions to building power will be hooking up our generator at the start and unhooking the generator after the work is complete.

Mail will be unavailable for a short maintenance window, beginning at 10PM.
