Most campus hosted services are back online. Notable exceptions are Banner/BearPAWS and campus voicemail. Technicians are working to restore remaining services.
Most campus services went offline sometime this morning, approximately 8AM, due to power outage. CTS personnel are working diligently to bring services back online.
Blackboard will be undergoing emergency maintenance from 9 pm this evening to midnight and will be inaccessible during this window.
Helios experienced a system fault and required a reboot. All services should be restored at this time.
The Helios maintenance window is closed and all systems are back online.
Helios will undergo a two hour maintenance window beginning at 11:30 PM this evening, while it is migrated to new hardware. There will be no access to Helios home directories, shares, and web folders for the duration of the window.
The storage maintenance is complete and all mail queued during the window has been delivered.
The campus mail server is undergoing emergency file system maintenance one of its storage volumes. Those users on the affected volume will not be able to check their mail while this is taking place. Also no new mail to any users will be delivered, but will be queued for delivery once the maintenance is complete. Sending mail to off-campus addresses is not affected.
The campus mail server experienced a software fault which required a reboot.
