Status Announcements

Helios will undergo a four (4) hour maintenance window beginning at 20:00 (8:00 PM) this evening. There will be no access to Helios home directories, shares, and web folders for the duration of the window.

Banner/BearPAWS/HR Time Accounting are all back online at this time.

Cooling problems have been resolved, allowing us to bring back on-line all services.

Due to climate control failure, we are shutting down some services served from our primary data center in an effort to keep others online. The following services have been shut down, and will be indefinitely unavailable in the first round: -Illiad -ApEx – Degreeworks – Socrates – PACES Micros Server – Digital Signage Authoring (changes) We may need to bring down more systems if the problem persists.

The vast majority of services have been restored from a storage error. BearPAWS/Banner are still down at this time.

Numerous information services are currently offline. Technicians are on-site and working to resolve the problems.

Windows login services will unavailable tonight from 21:00-23:00 (9pm – 11pm) in order to facilitate system maintenance.
