The campus webserver experienced application-level anomalies which caused all hosted web resources to be sporadically/completely unavailable throughout the morning. These anomalies have resolved themselves and all web resources should now be available.
Helios experienced a system fault this morning and required a reboot. All services should now be available.
The campus mail server experienced a software fault and required a reboot.

Helios home directories will be going offline this evening at 11PM. The maintenance window is scheduled for four hours to allow for file system maintenance.
Maintenance is complete and all systems are back online.
Starting this evening at 9PM, there will be a four hour maintenance window during which critical server equipment will experience brief rolling outages. Services affected include the following: BearPAWS and Banner.
SUNY Potsdam’s Voice Mail Services have been 100% restored.
Currently SUNY Potsdam’s Voice Mail System is currently not taking any calls. We do not expect services to be restored prior to the close of business on 01/14/09. Please check back later for any available updates.
The campus voicemail system is currently experiencing problems. CTS is aware of this issue, the vendor has been notified, and the problem is being worked on. There is no ETA at this time.
