Authentication issues are believed to be resolved at this time.

The campus authentication infrastructure is experiencing some issues that are affecting many campus services. Technicians are working on the problem.

Maintenance is complete and all services should once again be available.

Banner/BearPAWS/HRWeb services will be unavailable for the duration of a 1:00 hour maintenance window, beginning this evening at 4:30PM.

The power maintenance in the Kellas Data Center is now complete.

The power infrastructure feeding the Kellas Data Center is undergoing maintenance this morning. No outages are expected.

Blackboard should once again be functioning normally.

Blackboard is currently experiencing degraded system performance. This may be manifesting itself to end users as general “slowness”, timeouts, incomplete pages, or errors. Engineers are aware of the problem and are investigating the issue.

Helios experienced a system fault which caused a service outage for only a few minutes. At this time all Helios services should be operating normally.

All systems are back online.
