equest Tracker (RT) maintenance window is closed all services are available.

Tonight from 20:00 to 00:00 (8pm to midnight) the CMS and www.potsdam.edu will be intermittently unavailable to facilitate backend system maintenance

Request Tracker (RT) will undergo a three (3) hour maintenance window Thursday 02/02/2012 beginning at 20:00 (8PM). The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance window: http://track.potsdam.edu/ http://track.potsdam.edu/me http://www.potsdam.edu/cts/services/helpform.cfm

Access to BearPAWS was restored at 6:41am this morning.

An issue with application level systems is currently causing BearPaws to be inaccessible. Technicians are aware and are looking at the problem. No estimated time table is currently available.

Tonight at 22:00 (10 pm), the campus website and CMS will be unavailable while scheduled maintenance is performed. The maintenance is expected to last approximately three hours.

Tonight at 22:30 (10:30 pm), various web services including blogs, online directory, and www2 will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes while a system configuration change is made.

At this time mail services are believed to be restored.

A system error is casuing an outage of mail services. Engineers are working on the problem.

Maintenance has concluded, at this time all Helios home directories, shares, and web folders are available.
