Tonight at 22:00 (10pm), various web services (blogs, directory, www2) will experience an approximately 20 minute outage to facilitate maintenance on a backend storage system.

The upgrade is done; BearDeN is up and running.
Our ISP has located the issue within their routing cloud, and our Internet 1 connection is once again available.
The Campus’ Internet connection is currently down. Technicians are aware of the problem and working on its resolution.
Our Internet Service Provider has scheduled a maintenance window from 5am – 6am on Monday 2/20, during which routing changes are expected to cause at least one 15 minute outage to the campus Internet 1 connection.
BearDeN is unavailable most of Saturday and Sunday, Feb 18/19, due to a software upgrade. It will be available again by 8 am Monday morning.
The emergency maintenance has been concluded, and all mail queues are once again flowing. We are continuing to monitor the storage volumes for any further issues.
Emergency maintenance is being conducted on storage volumes encompassing campus email. There is no ETA for when service will be restored. Incoming mail will be queued for the duration of the window.
Various services may exhibit intermittent authentication issues due to a problem with a centralized information system. Technicians are working to resolve the situation.
A glitch which went both undetected and unreported until about 3:00pm today was keeping the Windows OS in the Levitt Center from printing. The glitch has been fixed and all backed up print jobs have been deleted. No user quotas were charged for those print jobs.
